Data Center Technical Engineer

Our client, a leading global ICT provider, is recruiting for a Data Center Technical Engineer to join their business in Germany. Position Title: Data Center Technical Engineer Position Type: External employee Start Date: ASAP Location: Frankfurt, onsite, Germany Contact: Jo Li| +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 42 Responsibilities: Responsible for the service delivery and fulfillment of Data Center Facility Project (UPS, LV Switchgear, Battery, Cooling and so on) , for example, installation guide, commission, site acceptance test and troubleshooting refer the user manual or quickly guide. Responsible for site equipment health check service and report annually, when necessary, supervise the quality of on-site maintenance operation refer the health check guide. Responsible for Technical Remote Support for daily issues from customers about client`s equipment, work with GTAC (Global Technical Assistance Center) and R&D. Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA, such as software upgrade or update, hardware replacement and so on Requirements: Electrical certificate (must) At least 3-year data center facility work experience in the industrial leading company, experience about site installation guidance, commission, and Level 2-6 test (must) Good knowledge of data center energy system (including UPS, power distribution system/cooling system/monitoring management system) Good understanding of data center electrical schematic diagrams and specifications Ability to build effective technical service relationships with customers and partners, and manage the satisfaction Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent. Candidates need to have their own car Excellent command of English and German at working level The most projects are in the Frankfurt region; might need to travel in Germany to support critical issues.
