Tasks

We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Director of UI/UX to lead the design and user experience strategy across all Caiz products and platforms. As a design leader, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing UI/UX team, defining design standards, and creating intuitive and beautiful digital experiences that make complex blockchain products accessible to a global audience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design strategy for all digital products including wallets, dashboards, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
• Establish and maintain a consistent and scalable design system across products.
• Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing to deliver cohesive user experiences aligned with Caiz’s vision.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across all platforms and devices.
• Advocate for user-centric design in cross-functional discussions and product roadmaps.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, blockchain interface standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across mobile and web platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive UI.
• Experience designing for blockchain, fintech, or complex data-driven applications is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and design system tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Web3 interfaces, crypto wallets, DeFi platforms, or token-based economies.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
• Understanding of Islamic finance principles is a plus.

Level of studies: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Enigneering.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
