We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services team in Munich or Frankfurt as an Senior. The Transaction Services team in Munich or Frankfurt mainly provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to support its private equity and corporate clients in M&A processes.

Job description:

• You will work as fully integrated team member on planning, executing and delivering Transaction Services (primarily Financial Due Diligence in buy- and sell-side transactions) for international and national private equity and corporate clients.

• From the beginning you get responsibility on the progress of our Financial Due Diligence projects and you will get an intensive training on the job to deepen your understanding of the mechanisms of buy- and sell-side M&A processes.

Job requirements:

• Motivated, proactive, reliable and stress-resistant team member who is eager to assume responsibility and to work independently

• Master’s degree from a recognized university/ business school with preferably a major in Finance, Accounting, business administration or similar

• 2-3 years work experience (full-time employment) in finance, preferably Transaction Services or other adjacent finance areas, such as M&A / Audit / Accounting / Controlling

• Good accounting skills (IFRS, etc.) and a basic understanding of business valuation

• Excellent analytical skillset and an entrepreneurial mindset

• Very good MS Excel / financial modeling skills; experience with analytical tools e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx is a plus

• Excellent German and professional written and spoken English
