About the Role

As a Working Student in the Business Development - CCO Office, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth client onboarding processes and managing operational tasks at AllUnity, a joint venture of DWS, FlowTraders and Galaxy Digital. 
AllUnity is building Europe’s leading MiCAR-compliant EUR stablecoin. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver secure, transparent, and scalable financial solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to operational workflows and client-facing processes within a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the core team building Europe’s leading MiCAR-compliant EUR stablecoin.

• Assist with onboarding new clients by coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Support outsourcing management processes by liaising with external partners and ensuring service quality.

• Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client-related tasks.

• Support the organization of events, webinars, and meetings with potential clients and partners.

• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on business development activities.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Previous internship or working student experience in operations or sales in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, consulting, banking, VC) is a plus.

• Student Status: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Knowledge: Interest or knowledge in fintech or digital assets; familiarity with stablecoins is advantageous.

• Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; proactive attitude towards solving challenges.

• Education: Currently enrolled at a German university (Bachelor’s or Master’s program).

• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

• Team Player: Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
