• Install, terminate, label, and test copper and fiber optic cabling in a data center environment
• Perform basic build activities and troubleshooting of network devices and connectivity issues
• Execute planned installations and respond to reactive tickets using a ticketing system
• Manage and track inventory of cabling materials, tools, and related assets
• Create, attach, and maintain accurate labels and barcodes according to defined standards
• Document work performed and update tickets in line with SOPs
• Collaborate closely with Senior Technicians and cross-functional teams during daily operations
• Follow defined escalation processes, safety policies, and standard operating procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with data center cabling (copper and fiber)
• Ability to work on-site in a data center environment with structured shifts
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions, including confined spaces, ladders, and varying temperatures
• Basic technical knowledge of network or data center environments
• Ability to manage work through a ticketing system and follow documented procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Familiarity with fiber optic testing tools and cabling documentation standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
