Apply!As a Product Designer at flatexDEGIRO, your main responsibility is to create intuitive and consistent user experiences that support our mission to “Simplify the complex.”You will play a key role in shaping our digital products by contributing to a scalable design system and collaborating closely with Product, IT, Marketing, and business stakeholders. Your work will help ensure fast execution, clarity, and high-quality experiences across our platforms.What tasks can you expect with us?Design & DeliveryCreate high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and demos Translate low-fidelity sketches and wireframes into polished digital experiences Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency Clearly communicate design decisions and specifications to development teams Research & ValidationDefine research questions and support qualitative and quantitative user research Validate hypotheses and design solutions based on user insights Support measurement plans to evaluate the performance of new features and iterations Collaboration & FeedbackWork closely with product experience managers, developers, marketing, and business stakeholders Balance feedback and requirements throughout design iterations Review and provide constructive feedback on other designers’ work, supporting team growthWhat do we want from you?University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in UX/Product Design for consumer-facing digital products Experience in the financial services or trading environment, with general knowledge of financial products Strong background in both web and mobile design, including complex data visualization Hands-on experience with design systems (as a user and/or creator) Experience in inclusive design, accessibility, localization, and universal design principles Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, and rapid prototyping tools Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience with UX research methods and usability testing Experience working in early-stage or strategic product phases Very good written and spoken English is a mustConfident use of common Office applications Interested?
