Your new challenge

• They are the central point of contact for the professional and technical processes surrounding (customer) reporting solutions in asset management.
• They are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our (customer) reporting solutions in close coordination with the specialist department.
• They analyze existing business processes and business requirements and design innovative, data-driven solutions.
• They independently create documentation (e.g., in the form of user stories or process diagrams) and thus form the binding basis for implementation.
• They accompany the requirements implementation from the analysis phase to realization and manage the prioritization within the reporting roadmap.
• They coordinate tests of the supported business services and applications and moderate workshops in consultation with stakeholders.
• They work in an agile domain team together with developers and application managers and act as a link between business and IT.

Your own profile

• You have a completed university degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable field and possess several years of professional and project experience in the financial sector (e.g. asset management, investment management company, banking) or consulting; ideally, you have already worked as a business analyst or in the areas of BI, reporting or data analytics.
• They possess in-depth knowledge of data modeling, database management (ideally Oracle SQL) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP BO), as well as experience using Python, complemented by initial practical experience in the field of AI.
• They bring sound experience in agile collaboration (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and understand how to manage requirements in an agile environment in a targeted manner.
• Ideally, they possess a confident handling of common performance attribution methods, an understanding of risk indicators, and knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN 2.0).
• They are ambitious and strive to constantly develop themselves and surpass their own limits.
• They speak and write very good German and English.
