Our offerings include, but also extend beyond: Compliance and Crisis Management, Cyber and Digital Risk, Credit Risk Management, Balance Sheet Optimization, Market & Commodity Risk, ESG, Risk Org, Ops and Operational Risk, and Supply Chain Risk.What You'll DoLead cross-functional project teams across financial institutions to develop and implement tailored credit risk strategies and operating models, with a focus on Credit Process Optimization, Credit Model Development and Validation (PD, LGD, EAD), Asset Quality Reviews (AQR), and regulatory capital frameworksDrive projects focusing on regulatory compliance (e.g., AML, KYC, fraud prevention), risk governance, and credit portfolio optimizationDesign and implement robust compliance management systems and target operating models for client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and risk classificationSupport clients in navigating evolving regulatory environments and aligning risk and compliance priorities with strategic objectivesCollaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to enhance compliance maturity, integrate digital tools, and elevate risk and control frameworksMentor and coach consultants to support their continuous professional developmentWhat You'll BringSrong Experience in FI/ Credit Risk and Compliance: Several years of experience leading engagements in credit risk strategy, regulatory compliance, or financial crime prevention in the banking or consulting sector, with a strong technical and quantitative foundation, including deep understanding of credit risk modelsLeadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-industry project teams, successfully delivering complex and challenging client projects.Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in AI-driven risk analytics, credit risk modeling tools, and data analysis platforms commonly used in banking environments (e.g., Python, credit risk engines)Consulting Experience: Track record of delivering projects for major European banks and financial institutions, helping them address their most complex credit risk and regulatory challenges.
