Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams. Facilitate effective communication in German and English to ensure clarity of requirements. Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify risks and issues early and coordinate mitigation strategies. Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities. Conduct and participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and processes. Assist in change management and continuous process improvement initiatives. Key Skills SAP NetWeaver / Oracle technical knowledge Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5–8 years) in onsite coordination / project coordination / client-facing roles. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English Preferred Skills Experience in IT services, consulting, or engineering environments. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience working with offshore delivery models.
