(JUNIOR) PEOPLE OPERATIONS & TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER (f/m/d)

Your Role

At 360T, you will manage a varied portfolio across talent acquisition, people operations, learning and development, performance reviews, HR governance, workplace health and safety, and office management. You will keep essential processes running effectively while improving the experience of our employees, candidates, and managers.

You will work closely with stakeholders across our international business and coordinate with specialist teams where their expertise is needed.

Your Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage recruiting from job posting through offer in partnership with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, build candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Develop recruiting workflows in Personio, track hiring metrics, and improve our recruiting processes.
• Manage employer branding activities and recruiting events.

People Operations

• Manage onboarding, internal transfers, employee changes, and offboarding across our locations.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, references, and other HR documents.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Personio and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR processes and policies.

Learning, Development & Performance

• Manage and further develop our learning and development programs, including the 360T Academy.
• Identify learning needs with managers and coordinate relevant development initiatives.
• Manage the planning, communication, and administration of performance review cycles, and improve the process based on feedback.

HR Governance & Compliance

• Maintain HR policies, procedures, controls, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate HR-related audit requests, regulatory documentation, and reporting.
• Identify risks in people processes and manage agreed corrective actions in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security.

Office Management & Workplace Safety

• Manage day-to-day office operations, workplace services, facilities, and service providers.
• Coordinate workplace access, equipment, office resources, and local initiatives.
• Manage workplace health and safety activities and documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external experts.

Reporting & Improvement

• Prepare People KPIs, workforce reports, and management presentations.
• Use data and employee feedback to improve HR processes, systems, and the workplace experience.

Your Profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a comparable role, including hands-on recruiting.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and coordinating learning initiatives or performance reviews.
• Familiarity with HR governance, workplace health and safety, and office operations.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with employees, managers, and specialist teams.
• Confidence working with HR systems and data; experience with Personio or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
