Senior Product Manager – Market & Trend Analysis Platform (m/f/d)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Work model: Hybrid, with a minimum of 2–3 days per week on-site and up to 3 days per week working from home
Salary: €80,000–€90,000 gross per year

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic roadmap for a data-driven market and trend analysis platform, helping it remain a leading solution for market and shopper insights in retail.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, go-to-market, strategy, and development teams, with a focus on creating value for category management and market research.
• Partner with sales, category management, and market research teams to prioritise use cases such as trend monitoring, assortment optimisation, and campaign evaluation.
• Define the platform’s feature strategy and translate customer analyses, interviews, and test-customer feedback into clear requirements.
• Plan sprints with the development team, maintain and prioritise the backlog, and support smooth, customer-focused releases.
• Prepare product launches and major feature releases with sales and marketing, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.

Your Profile

Technical Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, STEM, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in product management, category management, market research, or business development.
• Practical experience with data-driven analysis and initial exposure to generative AI.
• Familiarity with agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Advantageous, but Not Required

• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or retail technology, ideally with SaaS products in a B2C context.
• Basic knowledge of a programming language, such as Python.

Compensation & Benefits

• €80,000–€90,000 gross annual salary.
• 30 vacation days plus public holidays.
