- Active calendar management and comprehensive appointment coordination
- Organization of complex meetings, conferences, and business travel
- Preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Professional note-taking during internal meetings
- Maintenance of physical and electronic filing systems
- Efficient handling of internal and external communication channels
- Updating and managing databases with high accuracy
- Fluency in English (company language) and strong German language skills
- Proven ability to set priorities and work efficiently under pressure
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- High level of professional discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in document formatting and modern office software
