Your mission

As a Sales & Marketing Intern , you actively contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and help to increase our brand awareness. Your work supports a consistent brand message, well-organized events, and high-quality data.

• Marketing campaigns
  You support in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Marketing materials
  You contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Market analysis
  You analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Event management
  You assist in organizing and executing sales events and trade fairs.
• Data management
  You maintain and update customer data in CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
• Reporting & analysis
  You prepare reports and analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Cross-department collaboration
  You collaborate with various departments to ensure a consistent brand message.
• Team meetings & strategy
  You participate in team meetings and actively contribute ideas to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Your profile

• Interest: Interest in sales and marketing, as well as in developing strategies for customer acquisition.
• Studies: Ongoing studies in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a related field.
• Creativity: Creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Digital marketing knowledge: Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Teamwork: Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Experience: Initial practical experience in marketing or sales is desirable but not mandatory.
• IT skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is beneficial.
• Hands-on mindset when working with AI productivity tools
