Cloud Solutions Architect, DICT Center Europe Region (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• Design, specify, and recommend the most suitable cloud and communications solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs.
• Provide technical expertise in the development of cloud architectures, including infrastructure, database, and networking solutions.
• Participate in the preparation of tender responses, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with legal advisers to draft, review, and negotiate non-standard contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other technical agreements.
• Deliver high-quality, customized presentations on cloud products, services, regulatory considerations, and strategic initiatives at seminars, conferences, and trade shows.
• Support sales teams by providing expert advice and guidance during the presales phase, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Engage in the migration and transformation of legacy customer solutions to cloud-based architectures.
• Advise on best practices for cloud adoption, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of cloud resources.
• Manage projects involving cloud solution deployment, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the robustness and availability of infrastructure, including networking, server hardware, and storage solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking, particularly within cloud environments.
• Solid experience in technology or software sales consulting, with a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in architecting, deploying, and operating cloud solutions, with a strong background in managing highly available data center operations.
• AWS，GCP，AZURE Cloud Architect certificate is preferred
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to quickly adapt to dynamic environments.
