WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt).
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
- Identify, evaluate, and present potential real estate transaction opportunities, both acquisitions and disposals – ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy and value optimization objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate players, foremost investors, developers and brokers to generate leads for both acquisitions and disposals.
- Manage leads, coordinate administrative processes, and ensure consistent dataroom activities through regular use of P3-Tools (e.g. UW-models, Tableau, Yardi, SharePoint, Drooms/iDeals) to monitor & report progress and drive transactions to completion.
- Gather, record, and analyze relevant comparables, current market reports and conditions through research, networking, site tours, and the continuous collection of market intelligence.
- Prepare non-binding offer letters / letters of intent, offering memoranda, deal presentations, transaction documentation, cash flow projections, and internal committee approval materials in advance of real estate transactions.
- Act (resp. grow into the role) as the Deal Champ for disposals and acquisitions, assuming full ownership of internal coordination, compliance with procedures, and stakeholder communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- University degree in related field e.g. Economics/Finance/Business/Architecture/Engineering
- Real Estate experience or background preferred (but not necessary)
- Analytical skills and experience, resp. a good feeling for cash flow modeling, calculations and xls-based products
- Self-Driven personality who is able to take on responsibility and ownership
- Ability to convey key information clearly and in a structured way to internal and external stakeholders
- Language skills: German (native or billingual) & English (professional working knowledge)
