AI Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

As our AI Strategy Manager, you will help shape and accelerate the enterprise-wide adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Merz Therapeutics.Working across business functions, Digital, IT and Merz Group stakeholders, you will translate AI opportunities into scalable, compliant and value-driven solutions while helping establish the governance, capabilities and structures required for long-term success.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and continuously evolve the global AI strategy and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and digital transformation objectives.Opportunity Prioritization: Identify, assess and prioritize AI opportunities across functions and markets, translating business needs into scalable use cases and measurable outcomes.Governance & Standards: Further develop the enterprise AI operating model, governance framework and standards, ensuring compliance and responsible AI principles are embedded across initiatives. Portfolio Management: Manage the enterprise AI portfolio, including business case development, prioritization, pilot evaluation and scaling decisions.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and Data & Analytics teams to align priorities and drive execution. Adoption & Capability Building: Drive adoption through learning initiatives, best-practice sharing, communities and enablement programs across the organization.Governance & Standards: Further develop the enterprise AI operating model, governance framework and standards, ensuring compliance and responsible AI principles are embedded across initiatives.
