Working across Siemens organizations, customers, and partners, you'll align market needs, portfolio strategy, and innovation investments while driving growth through Industrial AI, process orchestration, and next-generation application development.Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap—connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and business goalsBuild strategic collaboration across the Siemens software portfolio to deliver integrated solutions and measurable customer valueEngage key Siemens partners to align on market positioning and innovation prioritiesLead a high-performing team of industrial Product Managers to drive innovation and market success.Work directly with customers and go-to-market teams to validate and scale high-impact use cases that shape strategyDrive innovation in AI, process orchestration, and agentic application development, delivering next-generation capabilities for industrial customersQualifications: Deep Siemens Ecosystem Expertise – Proven understanding of the Siemens portfolio, organizational structure, and partner landscape. Shown ability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business units and R&DStrategic Influence & Portfolio Synergies – Track record of identifying growth opportunities and building compelling business cases. Demonstrated success in influencing product and R&D teams to pursue joint initiatives that expand market reachIndustrial Market & Customer Insight – In-depth knowledge of industrial customer processes, competitive dynamics, and market trends. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
