The role
Our Zeekr German team is looking for a Marketing Lead Germany who will be responsible of developing and implementing our Marketing activities in Germany. You will work closely with your German PR Manager as there will be partly overlapping projects and activities. The role will be varied and both internally and externally facing. You will build the strength of the Zeekr brand in Germany, in partnership with our current sales distributors (later dealers), and internally with your central EU marketing & PR counterparts.

This is what you will do:

• Partner with European Marketing & PR team to execute 360 Marketing & PR plan for Germany based on EU Brand and Communications strategy.

• Plan, project-lead, and implement nationwide events, exhibitions, road shows, pop ups, test drive events in partnership with local sales partners.

• Develop tactical campaigns with EU team to drive lower funnel traffic

• Partner with EU paid media team and agencies to optimize both biddable and non biddable media buys.

• Cooperate with your local PR Manager, create synergies and cross functional benefits

• Partner with Marketing & Sales teams of local dealers (from 2027) to ensure on brand and efficient execution of Marketing & PR activities

• Manage local Marketing budget, cost control and purchase request processes.

• Partner with EU CRM team to manage the customer pipeline via Salesforce (Creating/generating/collecting/allocating sales-leads). Develop and execute CRM campaigns to nurture leads, and funnel management.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Successful Experience in a Marketing and Digital activities role, with a focus on marketing activations, able to cope with a Startup spirit.

• Extensive experience in the German marketing industry ideally in the automotive sector.

• ‘Hands on’ mentality, proactive, solution focused.

• Experience from a start up – this is a nice-to-have.

• Experience working with automotive dealers and strong collaboration skills.

• Excellent command of the German and English languages.
