Working Student (m/w/d) Alternative Investments

HAGIM is a German investment boutique with a clear focus on investment strategies for institutional investors. As part of the Frankfurter Leben Insurance Group, we offer customized and investable solutions for VAG- and solvency-regulated investors, primarily in the public and private credit markets. Our convictions as an asset manager are largely determined by the selection of securities and projects. We develop suitable solutions for the respective investor needs in an individual and targeted manner. To this end, we can also draw on the network and resources of the Chinese Fosun Group as a shareholder of HAGIM. Our target clients include insurance companies and pension funds.

As part of our activities in managing alternative investments, in particular infrastructure equity, we are looking for a motivated and committed candidate for our Frankfurt office for approx. 15-20 hours per week for at least 9 months:

Tasks

• You assist in the analysis and evaluation of cash-flow based investment projectsaluation of cash-flow based investment projects
• You support our team in the preparation of financial models and reports
• You conduct market research and gather data on industry trends
• You participate in due diligence processes and portfolio monitoring
• You collaborate with team members and the wider organization on special projects and presentations

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related other fields
• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills
• You have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and some financial modelling experience
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• You are detail-oriented and well organized
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics quickly and in a focused manner
• You set high standards for your performance quality and take initiative
